Terms

  1. Tickets purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  2. All tickets must be collected within the time periods stipulated for your chosen delivery method.
  3. Tickets may be collected at Yayasan Musik Amadeus Indonesia (YMAI) up to 24 hours before the beginning of the events during working hours Mon-Fri 09.00 – 18.00.
  4. Purchaser MUST present Receipt upon ticket collection of ticket.
  5. Purchase of tickets with delivery option will be closed 5 days before concert day.
  6. Loss of tickets due to incorrect/invalid mailing address is beyond the responsibility of YMAI.
  7. Entry to concert venue is ONLY allowed upon presentation of ticket.
  8. Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performance
